At 391 square feet, we provide a cozy space to relax and recharge in the desert. My newly constructed studio is in heart of Joshua Tree, 10 minutes from Downtown Joshua Tree and 10 minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. I know you'll feel cozy in my modern space featuring a Tuft & Needle queen mattress and Article couch. The Article couch also features a Full pull out bed for additional guests if needed. The studio does sleep 4 comfortably, but keep in mind it is a studio space, so it feels cozy sleeping 4. If space and privacy are important in your stay, this may not be the best fit for you. A split system AC/Heater will keep your comfortable, no matter the season. Living space provides a 42 inch TV with Firestick, allowing you to watch with your entertainment providers (BYO password) and with provided high-speed internet, you can work remotely while enjoying desert scenery. The kitchen is equipped for all your needs including a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, pots and pans, Brita water pitcher, crockpot and coffee machine Our outdoor space is perfect for stargazing with our included telescope and playing with provided games! You'll have access to the entire property, keep in mind the property is not fenced in. In an effort to keep the property safe, there is one security camera located on the exterior ONLY and there are no cameras on the inside
